You'll provide leadership and technical support to plumbers and apprentices, monitor service quality and productivity, help resolve complex field issues, and ensure customers consistently receive professional, high-quality service.You'll work closely with company leadership, dispatch, and field employees to improve department efficiency, strengthen communication, support revenue and profitability goals, and make sure the team has the tools, training, and direction needed to succeed.This role requires a balance of field knowledge, leadership, accountability, and business awareness.
