We're hiring Plumbing Maintenance Technicians. If you have residential plumbing experience, good character, and want to grow your career with a team that invests in your training, we'd love to talk to you.
$35,000 - $50,000+ per year, based on experience

Typically 8 AM to 5 PM. It's the trades, so some days run longer than others.
Techs also take turns on a rotating 12 PM to 9 PM shift that includes the weekend, followed by a 4-day weekend off.
Run residential plumbing maintenance and service calls on systems less than 10 years old
Perform thorough evaluations and find the root cause of plumbing issues
Follow our Nexstar service process: evaluate, present options, and get the homeowner's approval before starting work
Walk homeowners through their options, including water quality solutions, maintenance plans, and financing
Work alongside customer service and dispatch, and keep a clean, well-stocked truck
Join morning meetings and ongoing training to keep growing your skills
Residential plumbing experience (beginner to intermediate)
Good character and a coachable attitude
Some knowledge of local plumbing codes
Willingness to learn and follow the Nexstar service system (no prior Nexstar experience required)
A clean, insurable driving record and the ability to pass a skills test, background check, and drug screen
ServiceTitan experience is a plus; we'll train you
