What You'll Be Doing

Your day is about more than turning wrenches. You'll walk into homes, listen well, spot the real issue, and help customers understand the best long-term solution.

You'll be selling and installing plumbing work, solving problems on the spot, and earning trust face to face. When you do it well, customers feel relief. They know they're in good hands. And you know your skill actually made someone's day better.

This is a full-time 40-hour role for someone who likes momentum, likes people, and wants to keep learning. You'll be trained, pushed to grow, and given leadership opportunities if you earn them.

What You'll Earn

You'll work a steady 40 hours a week and earn $80,000 to $120,000 per year. On top of that, you'll have training, a path to growth, and leadership opportunities for people who keep learning and keep delivering.
