Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems and equipment
- Install and service water heaters, piping systems, fixtures, and plumbing components
- Perform drain cleaning, drain repairs, and drain installations
- Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend solutions to homeowners
- Maintain clear communication with customers and internal team members
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes
- Accurately document work performed and customer recommendations
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of plumbing installation experience
- Experience with residential plumbing systems and drain installations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and maneuver plumbing equipment and materials
- Comfortable working in various weather and jobsite conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and tablet proficiency
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
