Job Responsibilities:

• Dispatching and handling incoming multi-line telephone calls
• Scheduling appointments and follow-up on customer service inquiries
• Utilizing software to maintain work performed and charges
• Other duties as assigned by the manager

Skills Required:

• Excellent computer knowledge, internet navigation, email, database navigation
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• At least 2 years of trades customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
