About the Role:Nash Plumbing LLC is looking for an experienced and driven Plumbing Foreman to lead our field crews in the Phoenix, AZ area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time delivery. Responsibilities:- Supervise and direct plumbing crews on residential and/or commercial job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Coordinate daily workflow, material deliveries, and subcontractor schedules
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Perform hands-on plumbing installation, repair, and troubleshooting as needed
- Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues before final walkthrough
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to management
Requirements:- 5+ years of plumbing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
- Valid Arizona Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, and installation techniques
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a field crew
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
