Take the lead on plumbing projects where you will stay involved in the work, guide field crews, and keep installations moving safely and efficiently. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced plumbing professional who is ready to lead plumbers and subcontractors while taking ownership of project layout, materials, quality, and day-to-day execution.
About the Role
We are hiring a Plumbing Foreman to oversee field installation activities for assigned projects. You will lead plumbers and subcontractors, coordinate daily work, plan materials, manage project layout, troubleshoot field issues, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can keep a crew productive while communicating effectively with the broader project team.
What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate plumbers and subcontractors in the field
Oversee the installation, assembly, and repair of water delivery and drainage systems
Perform hands-on plumbing work as needed
Plan daily activities and keep work moving based on project priorities
Coordinate materials in advance to prevent delays
Take ownership of project layout
Enforce company safety procedures and quality standards
Communicate project updates, challenges, and field issues to the project team
Troubleshoot and resolve installation or project-related problems
Maintain accurate project and work records
What We’re Looking For
At least 5 years of residential plumbing experience or equivalent relevant experience
Previous experience leading field employees, plumbers, or subcontractors
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, installation, and repair
Ability to read project needs, plan work, and solve problems in the field
Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to work independently while setting the standard for the crew
Basic math skills, including fractions and decimals
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Availability to work overtime or weekends when project needs require it
Physical Requirements
This is an active field position. Candidates must be able to:
Regularly lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
Stand for extended periods during a scheduled shift
Walk, bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, and grasp
Safely use hand tools and specialized equipment
Perform physically demanding work for prolonged periods
