POSITION DETAILS

Job Title: Plumbing Foreman

Pay Rate: $32 - $40

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Employment Type: Full-Time

Start Date: ASAP

• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)

SCOPE OF WORK

• Lead a commercial plumbing/piping crew on an active healthcare project
• Direct daily crew activities and maintain productivity
• Read and interpret plumbing drawings, specifications, and layouts
• Layout and oversee plumbing and piping installations
• Coordinate underground, rough-in, and finish work
• Coordinate with other trades and field leadership
• Track progress and communicate manpower needs
• Enforce jobsite safety and quality standards
• Keep the crew working efficiently and on schedule

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 6 years of experience required
• Previous foreman or lead-person experience
• Strong layout, installation, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lead mechanics and apprentices
• Healthcare construction experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and required hand tools/PPE
• Lift and fall-protection certifications preferred
