Position Overview

We're looking for a strong Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead crews, manage field operations, and keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

This role is hands-on leadership—you'll be in the field supporting your team, solving problems, and ensuring high-quality work on every job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead plumbing crews across multiple projects
  • Coordinate schedules, manpower, and materials
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards and code requirements
  • Maintain strong communication with GCs, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
  • Enforce safety standards and job site compliance
  • Troubleshoot complex plumbing and installation issues
  • Mentor and develop apprentices and junior team members
  • Support hiring, training, and team growth

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading plumbing crews or field teams
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation practices
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
  • Solid communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and team success
  • Experience working with GCs and subcontractors preferred
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum age of 18 required
