    • Help technicians troubleshoot difficult plumbing problems when needed
    • Assist with callbacks, quality control, and customer concerns
    • Work hand-in-hand with our Field Operations Manager and operations team
    • Maintain high standards for workmanship, customer service, safety, productivity, and profitability

    What We're Looking For

    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior-level plumbing field position
    • Extensive hands-on plumbing service and installation experience
    • Strong knowledge of tankless water heaters and gas systems
    • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
    • Proven plumbing sales experience with the ability to meet monthly sales goals
    • Ability to estimate and manage complicated plumbing jobs from start to finish
    • Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
    • Experience leading, training, and supporting plumbing technicians
    • Ability to review technician work and provide constructive, professional feedback
    • Strong understanding of plumbing codes and proper installation practices
    • Organized, accountable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
