Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose plumbing issues with intuition and your trusty wrench
- Provide top-notch plumbing repairs and installations while maintaining friendly rapport with customers
- Educate customers about their plumbing systems and preventative maintenance
- Keep accurate records of sales and service activities
Requirements:
- A currently licensed Apprentice or Journeyman Plumber in the state of Arkansas
- A passion for the highest level of customer service and a commitment to satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sales record
- Ability to work independently or with a team when needed
- Knowledge of the Arkansas plumbing codes and regulations
