Plumbing Apprentice

Summary:

The Plumbing Apprentice assists licensed plumbers with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial plumbing systems while learning the plumbing trade through hands-on training. This position offers an opportunity to develop technical skills in a safe and professional work environment.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Learn to install plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site.
• Follow company safety policies and local plumbing codes.
• Provide professional customer service.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
• 1 year experience preferred.
• Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
