What You'll Do
As a Plumbing Apprentice, you'll work side by side with our service plumbers in customers' homes, learning the trade through hands-on experience and ongoing training.
Assist plumbers with residential repairs and installations, including faucets, toilets, water heaters, and drain service
Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose common plumbing issues
Prep and clean up job sites, and help keep the service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked
Represent MasterTech professionally and courteously in customers' homes
Use an app-based system and tablet to complete timecards and job notes
Participate in ride-alongs, 1:1s, and ongoing training and coaching
What We're Looking For
1+ year of hands-on experience in home services, construction, or another trades field
Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools
Eager to learn, coachable, and open to feedback
Dependable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
Comfortable with physical work, including crawlspaces, basements, and lifting
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Prior plumbing experience is a plus, but not required
