Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable, hardworking, and experienced Construction Plumbers, Plumber Helpers, and Commercial Plumbers for construction projects in the Greensboro area.

Ideal candidates must have a strong work ethic, be reliable, follow safety procedures, and work effectively as part of a team.

Positions & Responsibilities

1. Construction Plumbers

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on new construction and renovation projects.

• Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing layouts.

• Install water supply lines, drainage systems, pipes, and fixtures.

• Measure, cut, thread, and connect piping materials.

• Ensure work meets plumbing codes and safety standards.

2. Plumber Helpers

• Assist experienced plumbers with installations and repairs.

• Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.

• Measure, cut, and prepare piping materials.

• Assist with installing plumbing fixtures and piping systems.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow instructions and demonstrate a willingness to learn.

3. Commercial Plumbers

• Install and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings.

• Work with PVC, CPVC, copper, cast iron, and other piping materials.

• Read blueprints and follow commercial construction specifications.

• Install water lines, drainage systems, and plumbing fixtures.

• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs.

• Ensure compliance with commercial plumbing codes and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous plumbing or construction experience preferred; required for experienced plumber positions.

• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

• Knowledge of plumbing materials, tools, and installation techniques.

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

• Reliable transportation to job sites.

• Ability to follow directions and work independently or with a team.

• Must be dependable, punctual, accountable, and have a strong work ethic.
