Job Title: Plumbers and Helpers

Pay Rate: $21-$29

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 5 8s, start time 6:30am

Start Date: ASAP

SCOPE OF WORK

• Read and interpret construction drawings and plumbing plans
• Layout and install commercial plumbing systems
• Perform underground and above-ground plumbing installation
• Install domestic water, waste, vent, and related piping systems
• Measure, cut, fit, and install piping accurately
• Install hangers, supports, sleeves, and penetrations
• Identify and communicate field issues to site supervision
• Direct and support crew members to maintain productivity
• Follow all safety procedures and standards required for healthcare construction

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years of commercial plumbing experience required
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
• Must pass a 9-panel drug test
• Lift certification as applicable
• Fall-protection safety certification as applicable
• Must complete Cape Fear jobsite orientation, including a brief orientation video
• Ability to communicate effectively with site supervision
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
