Position Overview:
Essel is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both residential and commercial plumbing, with a strong emphasis on installation, maintenance, and repair. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine effective solutions.
- Participate in new construction projects as well as plumbing renovations and upgrades.
- Work with various plumbing materials including PVC, copper, and stainless steel.
- Ensure all plumbing work is performed in accordance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain plumbing problems and solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of an accredited plumbing apprenticeship program or equivalent work experience.
- Valid plumber's license in California.
- Proven experience as a plumber, with a thorough understanding of plumbing systems and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices and regulations in the plumbing field.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
