PLM Teamcenter Practice Lead

ATA is seeking an experienced PLM Teamcenter Practice Lead to help establish and grow our clients\u2019 PLM consulting and delivery capabilities. This role is ideal for a senior PLM professional who combines strong Siemens Teamcenter knowledge with consulting experience, customer engagement skills, and the ability to help build a long-term PLM organization. The successful candidate will work closely with company leadership to define the PLM strategy, develop service offerings, establish delivery methodologies, support business development activities, and help create a future Teamcenter solution consulting team. This individual will initially serve as a hands-on PLM consultant while helping build the foundation for a scalable PLM solutions practice. The candidate should have strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter fundamentals, implementations, upgrades, migrations, configuration, and PLM best practices. Initially, role will involve working with customers to understand engineering and product development challenges, recommend PLM Teamcenter solutions, support implementation initiatives, improve product lifecycle processes and overtime develop and manage an extended PLM technical team.\n \nLOCATIONS:\n \nSan Diego \u2013 13290 Evening Creek Drive South, San Diego, California 92128\n \nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n \nLead the development of a Siemens Teamcenter PLM consulting practice.\n \nProvide PLM consulting expertise to customers and internal teams.\n \nSupport Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and production environments.\n \nAnalyze customer engineering processes and recommend PLM improvements.\n \nAssist with presales activities, customer workshops, demonstrations, proposals, and technical discussions.\n \nDevelop PLM service offerings, delivery approaches, estimates, and statements of work.\n \nBuild relationships with customers and identify opportunities for future PLM engagements.\n \nHelp define future PLM team structure and mentor future team members.\n \nRequirements:\n \nB.S. degree in Engineering Computer Science or a PLM-relevant field from an accredited college/university with an excellent academic record.\n \nMinimum of 5 years of experience; 10 years preferred.\n \nStrong technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.\n \nEngineering experience with PLM, CAD, and/or CAE software tools\n \nExperience with Teamcenter implementations, upgrades, migrations, and support.\n \nStrong knowledge of and experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM : Teamcenter installation, configuration and administration of Siemens Teamcenter.\n \nStrong knowledge of CAD integrations with Siemens Teamcenter.\n \nExcellent English verbal and written communication skills.\n \nEntrepreneurial mindset with interest in building a new PLM capability.\n \nAble and willing to travel anywhere up to 25% of the time.\n \nMust be a US Person.\n \nSalary Range:\n \nExperienced Professionals and Managers: $135,000\u2013$205,000 per year\n \nHOW TO APPLY\n \nWe appreciate your interest in ATA Engineering and request that you submit the following materials if you are qualified and wish to join our team of employee-owners at ATA Engineering:\n \nA current r\u00e9sum\u00e9 or CV.\n \nA copy of your up-to-date college transcripts.
