Job Description: Seeking for an experienced PLM Support Engineer with strong expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE application support, CATIA, and ENOVIA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting PLM applications in an ITAR-compliant environment, ensuring system reliability, performance, and data security.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide application support for Dassault Syst mes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platforms in an ITAR-compliant environment.
• Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across multiple 3DEXPERIENCE modules.
• Support CATIA and ENOVIA applications and resolve user-related technical issues.
• Utilize MQL and TCL knowledge for application administration, troubleshooting, and support activities.
• Ensure application access, data handling, and system operations comply with ITAR and corporate security policies.
• Collaborate with business users, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
• Monitor system logs, user activities, and error trends to identify and prevent recurring issues.
• Participate in application patching, version upgrades, and routine system maintenance.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
• Maintain incident reports, technical documentation, and resolution records for audits and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

• 5 8 years of relevant experience in PLM application support.
• Hands-on experience with Dassault Syst mes 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) application support.
• Strong knowledge of CATIA and ENOVIA.
• Working knowledge of MQL and TCL scripting.
• Experience working in an ITAR-compliant environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across application, performance, and integration issues.
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, patching, and system upgrades.
• Ability to work with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting multiple 3DEXPERIENCE modules.
• Knowledge of enterprise application security and data access controls.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense, Engineering, or Manufacturing industries.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Scale: $100K $130K/annum (Negotiable based on experience)
