    PLM Process/Systems Architect

    Overview
    Client is seeking a PLM Process/Systems Architect to lead the technical execution of planning, development, and integration of advanced manufacturing technologies that support the resolution of manufacturing challenges and the evolution of next-generation Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.

    This role serves as a technical authority across the manufacturing value stream, translating strategic operational objectives into business requirements and defining the product digital thread for manufacturing. The position collaborates closely with Supply Chain, IT, Quality, Engineering & Technology, Sustainment, and Digital Transformation teams.

    Core Responsibilities
    • Lead the planning, development, and integration of advanced manufacturing technologies to support manufacturing operations and resolve complex manufacturing challenges.
    • Define and develop manufacturing process elements within the product digital thread by translating strategic operational objectives into business requirements.
    • Serve as a technical authority across business functions, bridging complex manufacturing processes and system architectures throughout the value stream.
    • Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, Quality, Engineering & Technology, Sustainment, and Digital Transformation teams to coordinate manufacturing system initiatives.
    • Support the development and integration of PLM, ERP, and MES solutions that enable digital manufacturing capabilities.

    Education Level
    Bachelors' and 16 years of Experiences or Masters' and 14 years of experience

    Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive effective solutions in fast-paced implementation environments.
    • Working knowledge of system design, architecture, and manufacturing applications.
    • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), including integrations across these platforms.
    • Experience in aerospace manufacturing systems, business processes, and/or manufacturing methods, with the ability to apply that knowledge to digital manufacturing system development.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Preferred Skills or Experience
    • Experience with PLM platforms such as Teamcenter and/or 3DX and ERP solutions including OneAero, ERP4C, and/or S/4HANA.
    • Experience supporting manufacturing applications involving production scheduling, complex assembly bills of material, process planning, condition of supply, tooling, configuration management, and workflow processes.
    • Cross-functional experience supporting the product digital thread.
    • Experience working with cross-functional teams to identify and implement business solutions.
    • Ability to effectively partner with IT teams to support manufacturing technology initiatives.

    Work Details
    • Onsite, full-time position.
    • Work schedule: 4/10-A.
    • Ability to obtain a security clearance; clearance is not required to start.
    • Access to Export Controlled Information (ECI) is required.
