PLM Engineer – Aras Innovator
Location: United States – Massachusetts (preferred) / Remote option available Eligibility: Preferably US Citizens
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize Aras Innovator PLM platform
Design and maintain data models, workflows, BOM structures, and change management processes (ECR/ECO)
Support end-to-end PLM system implementation and enhancements
Develop and maintain integrations between PLM and enterprise systems
Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of overall PLM experience
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Aras Innovator experience
Strong expertise in:
Aras configuration and customization
Data modeling and workflow design
BOM management
Change management processes (ECR/ECO)
Technical proficiency in:
C#
.NET framework
JavaScript
SQL Server
Experience working with PLM integrations (preferred):
ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
CAD tools
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have
Aras Innovator certification
Experience in large-scale enterprise PLM implementations
