PLM Engineer – Aras Innovator
Location: United States – Massachusetts (preferred) / Remote option available
Eligibility: Preferably US Citizens
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Aras Innovator PLM platform
- Design and maintain data models, workflows, BOM structures, and change management processes (ECR/ECO)
- Support end-to-end PLM system implementation and enhancements
- Develop and maintain integrations between PLM and enterprise systems
- Provide production support and troubleshoot system issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of overall PLM experience
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on Aras Innovator experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Aras configuration and customization
- Data modeling and workflow design
- BOM management
- Change management processes (ECR/ECO)
- Technical proficiency in:
- C#
- .NET framework
- JavaScript
- SQL Server
- Experience working with PLM integrations (preferred):
- ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
- CAD tools
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have
- Aras Innovator certification
- Experience in large-scale enterprise PLM implementations
- Exposure to manufacturing or engineering domains
