Client Overview:
Our client, a leading product-focused company, is seeking a detail-oriented PLM Coordinator to support their Product Development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong PLM experience who enjoys working with product data, cross-functional teams, and systems in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr - $27/hr

Position Overview:
The PLM Coordinator will report to the Product Development Manager and support the setup and maintenance of product information throughout the development process. The ideal candidate has 1 - 3 years of strong PLM experience, with direct WFX experience highly preferred. A background in home products is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities of the PLM Coordinator:
  • Set up new items and SKUs within the WFX PLM system.
  • Enter and maintain product information, including style/item numbers, descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, costs, and vendor/factory information.
  • Upload and maintain product specifications and related documentation.
  • Ensure product information is complete and accurate before items move through the development and production process.
  • Work with Product Development, Production, Merchandising, Sourcing, and overseas vendors to gather missing information.
  • Support data cleanup and maintain consistency across product records.
  • Review product information for accuracy and identify missing or inconsistent data.
  • Assist with additional PLM and product data projects as needed.
Required Experience/Skills for the PLM Coordinator:
  • 1 - 3 years of strong PLM experience.
  • Experience setting up and maintaining product data.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience working with product information, SKUs, item setup, specifications, or related data.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product Development, Production, Merchandising, Sourcing, and vendors.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the PLM Coordinator:
  • Direct WFX / World Fashion Exchange experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with WFX PLM.
  • Home products or home industry experience.
  • Experience with item creation, SKU setup, product data, product master, style setup, BOMs, or specifications.
  • Background in Product Development, Production, Sourcing, Merchandising, or Product Operations.
  • Experience with data cleanup and maintaining large amounts of product information.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
