PLM UAT Lead (Strong PLM hands-on + UAT User Acceptance Testing with business-process expertise)

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. 8+ Years of experience in PLM

  2. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with PLM (Teamcenter / PLM) tool:

  • Change Management
  • Configuration Management
  • BOM Management
  • Integrations

  1. Strong understanding of testing principles, especially UAT and the underlying business processes.

  2. Support end-to-end UAT planning, scenario design, execution, and sign-off, working in a regular cadence with the team; establish strong stakeholder connects and apply PLM experience to drive UAT to closure.

  3. Lead defect triage; coordinate with business users, engineering, and OSS on priority and closure.

  4. Bridge business and QA; translate business workflows into UAT scenarios and acceptance criteria.

  5. Drive UAT status reporting and readiness.

  6. Coordinate with stakeholders and application owners to ensure complete coverage.

  7. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  8. Ability to lead a team and work independently under tight timelines

Salary Range: $100,000 - $135,000 a year
