Job Description:
Seeking a PLM Change Control Specialist to support engineering change execution, master data accuracy, and change-order processing within PLM and ERP systems. The role will work closely with cross-functional Medtronic teams to ensure changes are properly routed, approved, implemented, and closed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Route and track Change Orders through the change control lifecycle.
• Monitor approvals, execution status, and timely closure of changes.
• Maintain accurate master data within PLM and ERP systems.
• Support ECR/ECO/ECN and engineering change processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve change-related issues.
• Ensure change records and associated data are complete and accurate.

Required/Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with PLM and ERP systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of Change Control, Change Orders, ECR/ECO/ECN, and Master Data.
• Experience supporting engineering/product change processes.
• Strong attention to detail, tracking, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Previous Medtronic or Medtronic Spine experience is highly preferred.
