Description

Rocha Controls is a full-service company specializing in supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, computer networks, programmable logic controller (PLC) systems, telemetry, instrumentation, and variable frequency drive and motor control center installations. We are seeking a self-motivated and effective SCADA Programmer Design and Program:Develop control logic for PLCs, which act as the "brains" of industrial machinery, using languages like ladder logic, function block diagrams, and structured text (as defined by IEC 61131-3). Configure and Develop HMIs:Create Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) within SCADA systems for operators to visualize process data, control equipment, and manage alarms. Integrate Systems:Work with SCADA software to consolidate controls, collect real-time data from PLCs and sensors, and integrate these components into a cohesive industrial automation solution. Troubleshoot and Maintain:Diagnose and resolve issues within control systems, ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of automated industrial processes. Collaborate and Document:Work with other engineering teams to define project requirements and document system configurations, including wiring diagrams and PLC logic.
