The Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District is seeking a dependable and caring Playground/Lunchroom Supervisor to help provide a safe, positive, and welcoming environment for students during lunch and recess.
The Playground/Lunchroom Supervisor will monitor students, promote appropriate behavior, assist with student needs, and help ensure a safe and enjoyable lunch and recess experience.
Essential Responsibilities
- Supervise students during lunch and recess.
- Monitor student safety and behavior.
- Encourage positive interactions and appropriate play.
- Assist students with questions or needs.
- Address minor student conflicts and behavior concerns in a calm and positive manner.
- Follow school procedures and communicate concerns to appropriate school staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment.
Qualifications
- Enjoys working with elementary/middle school-aged students.
- Dependable, patient, and attentive.
- Able to maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively with students and staff.
- Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required.
