Playground Construction Supervisor

We’re looking for a Playground Construction Supervisor based in Long Island, NY, to help manage multiple installation crews working on playground projects across the country. If you have construction know-how and enjoy coordinating people and projects, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and support multiple playground construction crews on job sites nationwide
• Manage projects remotely through daily phone and video callswith on-site crews
• Coordinate gravel prep, cement pours, equipment deliveries, and installation schedules
• Keep projects running smoothly, safely, and on time
• Communicate regularly with crew leads, general contractors, and our internal team

• Recognize & troubleshoot issues quickly and keep timelines on track

• Review internal reports needed to analyze crew efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Some construction experience, especially dealing with earth moving equipment, calculating gravel & cement quantities, & playground/site installs

• Experience leading or coordinating crews in the field
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills; you’ll be handling multiple projects in different states

• Solid communication skills and a hands-on, problem-solving approach
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing teams remotely
