We are looking for a Part-time Player’s Club Representative that will be responsible for representing the Tuscany Casino, assisting guests, and facilitating promotions and events.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Promote the Tuscany Casino and all current promotions/entertainment
- Adhere to Tuscany Suites & Casino’s policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
- Promote the Player’s Club and its benefits to casino guests.
- Conduct promotions and help facilitate special events and entertainment.
- Relay information to guests about all promotions, entertainment and events.
- Input all new members into computer and print player’s club cards.
- Reprint lost or stolen cards.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- General knowledge of gaming, including slots, video, bingo and card games a plus.
- Computer experience with database.
Requirements
- Must maintain a professional appearance.
- Positive customer service, communication and listening skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Reports to the Players Club Supervisors and Director of Marketing.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bi-lingual preferred.
- Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels.
