PLATING/Electroplating Production Supervisor
Direct Hire | 70-75k annually | Pinellas County, FL. (Must have prior experience in Electroplating Industry!)
Seeking an experienced Plating Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced plating/manufacturing environment. This role oversees workflow, staffing, safety, quality, and continuous improvement to ensure production goals are met.
- Oversee production schedules, workflow, staffing, and daily priorities.
- Lead, train, and motivate production employees to meet quality and productivity goals.
- Resolve production issues, support continuous improvement, and maintain safety standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 5 10 years of related manufacturing experience required, including at least 2 years of management experience. CEF certification preferred. Must have strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to read blueprints, understand plating processes, and work safely in a plant environment.
