Platform Engineer - Hybrid (Dallas, TX or Memphis, TN)

Duration: 12 months

Seeking for a Platform Engineer to revolutionize the cutting-edge technologies project, will collaborate with Software Engineering, Leadership, and business partners to deliver innovative platform capabilities and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and support the delivery of platform capabilities across web and mobile channels.
Create roadmaps, technical wireframes, and partner presentations.
Define platform capabilities for cross-product and cross-channel experiences.
Contribute to platform delivery roadmaps with stakeholder input.
Monitor platform and app performance to enhance stability and competitive advantage.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to enable strategic web/mobile delivery.
Develop and implement authentication and identity operating standards.
Manage PingFederate and PingDirectory platforms for LDAP, SAML, and OAuth services.
Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis to improve service quality.
Create proactive processes to improve uptime and system processing.

Must-Have Skills:

Experience coding in OGNL and Java development.
Technical knowledge of Windows, UNIX, and Active Directory.
Experience developing web interfaces such as SOAP, CGI, or REST.
Experience with the Atlassian Collaboration Stack.
Experience with markup languages like XML and XHTML.
Experience with multi-factor authentication solutions.

Experience Required:

Five years of experience with Ping, LDAP, and directory structures.
Three years of experience with PingFederate and PingDirectory or similar solutions.
Three years of experience with a Java Application server like WebLogic, WebSphere, Glassfish, or Apache Tomcat.
