Daniel Lubetzky is the founder of KIND Snacks, a Shark on Shark Tank, and the founder of the Builders Movement and Lubetzky Family Foundation (LFF). He is the host of Build or Break, a new weekly video podcast produced by LFF that premiered September 3 on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music and all major audio platforms.

Build or Break features candid conversations with accomplished entrepreneurs, creators, athletes, entertainers, politicians and business leaders — not just about their success, but also about the defining failures, pivotal setbacks, and breakthrough moments that shaped them.

The Role

We're looking for a Platform & Community Coordinator who lives and breathes Instagram, TikTok, and Threads, and who understands LinkedIn and X just as well. This person will be the day-to-day voice behind Daniel Lubetzky's platforms and the Build or Break podcast — turning a content calendar into a platform-native posting practice, writing copy in Daniel’s voice, and building real relationships with our community in the comments.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is entrepreneurial, hardworking, and genuinely energized by the Builders philosophy to treat every challenge as an invitation to build.

What You'll Do

Posting & Platform Optimization

• Translate the content calendar into a consistent, platform-optimized posting practice across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, and X
• Adapt format, tone, and pacing for each platform's native audience and algorithm
• Work closely with the Content Producer to ensure posting cadence keeps pace with the content pipeline

Podcast Hosting & Distribution

• Work directly within the Flightcast hosting and distribution platform to publish weekly Build or Break episodes across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and all platforms
• Partner with the SEO team to load weekly episode content into the backend of the Daniel Lubetzky website
• Maintain organized asset libraries and trackers 

Copywriting & Brand Voice

• Assist with wiring post copy across channels
• Cultivate and serve as the voice of the Build or Break podcast across its own channels
• Ensure message consistency across both the Daniel Lubetzky personal and show ecosystems

Community & Audience Engagement

• Respond to fan comments and engage with the community in real time
• Apply strong audience-engagement best practices to build loyalty, conversation, and reach
• Proactively monitor community sentiment and surface trends, feedback, and opportunities back to the content team timely

Cross-Channel Collaboration

• Drive cross-collaboration on content between the Daniel Lubetzky and Build or Break channels, identifying opportunities to cross-promote and extend reach

Requirements

What You Bring

• 0-2+ years of experience in platform and community management
• Deep, current fluency in Instagram, TikTok, and Threads; strong working knowledge of LinkedIn and X
• Excellent copywriting skills with a demonstrated ability to write in someone else's voice
• Strong understanding of audience engagement best practices — what drives comments, saves, shares, and community loyalty
• Comfort working across multiple platforms and content types in a single day, with sharp instincts for what's platform-native vs. what's not
• Detail-oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills
• Genuine alignment with the Builders values: creating, innovating, problem-solving, and treating every challenge as an invitation to build
