Seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect with 10+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience to design, implement, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, and platform governance.

The architect will lead end-to-end ServiceNow architecture, define platform strategy, establish governance standards, and drive scalable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture principles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CMDB design, Discovery implementations, enterprise dependency mapping, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, data transformation, and ITIL processes.
