PLATE RECEIVER

Reads and checks MTRs for material grade, heat numbers, and certifications from manufacturer. Performs Non-Destructive Testing by means of Dye Penetrant Testing.

Plate Receiver $15-$17 HR.
Schedule: M-F 6am to 4pm (Saturdays as needed)
 

1. Measures steel plate to blueprint.
2. Reads and checks MTRs for material grade, heat numbers, and certifications from manufacturer.
3. Performs Non-Destructive Testing by means of Dye Penetrant Testing.
4. Fill out Material Traceability, and Dye Penetrant Reports.
5. Operates Overhead Crane and lifting devices.
6. Operates Forklift.
7. Lifts 50-100lbs manually as needed regularly.
8. Uses hand tools.
