Role overview
Join our manufacturing team to produce high-quality plastic components from press to package. You’ll operate molding equipment, perfect part finishes, and prepare orders for shipment—all while maintaining strict quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Run and oversee injection molding press operations
- Trim, deburr, and smooth parts for a clean, consistent finish
- Paint products according to customer specifications and preferences
- Verify quality against defined specifications and documentation
- Pack finished goods and get them shipment-ready
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a machine operator; familiarity with plastic manufacturing
- Competence with air-powered tools and common hand tools
- Math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Able to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
- Strong written and verbal communication; follows detailed work instructions
- Effective working solo or as part of a team
- HS diploma or GED preferred; dependable transportation
