An established, rapidly growing, luxury plastic surgery practice located in Beverly Hills is seeking a Patient Sales Coordinator with a strong background in sales and organization to support continued growth.
\nThe winning candidate must be willing to work in a sleeves-rolled, hands-on fashion, doing “whatever it takes” to help the team grow. The focus is on driving sales and delivering an exceptional experience for surgical and non-surgical patients, including facelifts, breast procedures, body contouring, injectables and lasers.
\nThis position requires an individual who is confident, personable, and comfortable working directly with discerning patients and a busy board-certified plastic surgeon. Relationship-building ability and a positive, professional demeanor are essential.
\nResponsibilities:
\n1. Sales – Guide prospective patients to make comfortable, confident decisions to move forward with surgery and potential non-surgical services through extensive phone conversations, virtual, and in-person consultations. Five days per week will be focused on selling, following up, and converting inquiries to procedures. Comfort quoting and asking patients to proceed with treatments ranging from hundreds to tens of thousands of dollars is required.
\n2. Follow-Up – Consistent, proactive follow-up is key. The ideal candidate will contact 50+ patients per day through calls, texts, and emails using “pleasant persistence.” Comfort with high-volume and high-quality communication is essential.
\n3. Organization and Coordination – Manage all details from initial inquiry through surgery and post-op, ensuring a seamless patient experience. Track activity and conversions using CRM tools such as PatientNow or Nextech.
\n4. Team Collaboration and Professionalism – Work largely independently while also collaborating closely with a small, tenured, and established team in a zero-drama-tolerated environment. Maintain an organized, luxury-level atmosphere, represent the practice with discretion and warmth, and participate in occasional after-hours support or events as needed.
