The University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC), College of Medicine, Department of Plastic Surgery, is accepting applications for an Assistant Professor.

  • MD or equivalent degree
  • Candidate must be Board eligible/Board certified
  • Candidate must be committed to providing quality clinical care, student/resident teaching and research
  • Fellowship in Aesthetic Surgery is desirable but not required to be considered for the position

The primary duties of the position include:

Clinical duties (UCH) and Academic Plastic Surgery:

  • Provide care for plastic surgery patients in the inpatient and outpatient setting
  • will be engaged in the academic and educational missions of the institution
  • develop a practice focused on aesthetic surgery

The successful candidate will participate in the education of medical residents, fellows, postdoctoral scholars and students.
