Description

Step Into a Shift Where Your Setups Power Production

At Holland Sharpe, our production floor comes alive on 2nd and 3rd shift. As a Plastic Injection Molding Setup Specialist, you’ll arrive ready to change over molds, dial in presses, and keep a fleet of machines running smoothly so quality parts ship on time.

What Your Shift Looks Like

You’ll start by reviewing the next run, pulling the right tooling, and performing a precise mold change on our injection presses. You’ll set up each press to produce first-pass quality parts, then move across the floor to monitor and fine-tune between 12–24 machines. If an alarm pops or a part drifts from spec, you’re there to troubleshoot quickly and keep output steady. When a run wraps, you’ll clean dies thoroughly so the next shift inherits clean, production-ready equipment. Along the way, you’ll work confidently with hydraulic, electric, and magnetic clamps.

About You

  • 3+ years in a plastic injection molding facility or prior plastics manufacturing experience
  • Hands-on background in mold/tool/die changeovers and setup
  • Comfortable reading and applying blueprints

The Equipment You’ll Touch

Our floor features injection molding machines from Engel and Sumitomo.

Schedule Options

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
