Plastic Containers Dry‑Offset Lithography Technician

Role overview

Serve as the hands‑on expert setting up, operating, and maintaining offset presses configured for waterless (dry) offset to print multi‑color graphics on three‑dimensional plastic containers. Prepare plates, adjust ink and pressure, run test prints, and continuously monitor the press to achieve top‑tier results on cups, tubes, lids, and similar products.

Core responsibilities

• Prepare and mount printing plates for each job, validating artwork alignment for 3D surfaces.
• Set ink, impression, and other press parameters for waterless (dry) offset production.
• Execute make‑ready and test prints; refine color accuracy and image registration.
• Maintain steady, high‑quality output by monitoring the press and making mechanical adjustments.
• Keep the line running efficiently while safeguarding consistent, repeatable quality.
