Plasma Material Handling Associate Operator
Location: Clayton, NC 27520 – 100% Onsite
Pay: $25.00–$25.80/hour
Schedule: Friday, Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
Hours: 36 hours/week + overtime opportunities
Duration: Through late November 2026, with potential for extension
Job Summary
We are seeking Material Handling Associates to support plasma receiving, storage, inventory, and distribution operations. This position requires operating forklifts and electric rider pallet jacks and working in freezer environments of -30°C (-22°F) or colder.
Responsibilities
Receive, unload, and verify incoming plasma shipments.
Operate forklifts and electric rider pallet jacks.
Use RF scanners to track and transfer inventory.
Store and retrieve plasma from freezer locations.
Pull materials based on production work orders.
Inspect pallets, crates, and equipment for damage.
Identify and separate rejected or unsuitable materials.
Follow cGMP, SOP, OSHA, safety, and sanitation requirements.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.
Previous forklift and electric rider pallet jack experience required.
Material handling experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments preferred.
Basic computer and math skills.
Ability to work in temperatures of -30°C (-22°F) or colder.
Ability to repeatedly lift 25–50 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a 12-hour shift.
