Title: Planview Application Integration Specialist
Locations: Phoenix, AZ/Dallas/Westlake/Columbus

Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $45-$50/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)


We are seeking a Planview Application Integration Specialist with 4 6 years of experience in administering and integrating Planview Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Planview Enterprise One, Planview Portfolios, or Planview PPM, along with expertise in API development, enterprise integrations, and production support.

This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integrations between Planview and enterprise platforms while ensuring platform stability, performance, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the Planview platform, including configuration, user administration, security, and environment management.
  • Design, develop, and support integrations between Planview and enterprise applications such as Jira, ServiceNow, SAP, Azure DevOps, Client Project, ERP, and HR systems.
  • Configure Planview workflows, forms, portfolios, business rules, resource management, and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs, web services, middleware integrations, ETL processes, and data synchronization solutions.
  • Monitor platform health, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure high system availability and performance.
  • Support platform upgrades, patching, release management, and application enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement scalable PPM solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance across the Planview ecosystem.
  • Create technical documentation, operational runbooks, and knowledge base articles.
  • Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support and participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
  • Work closely with PMO, infrastructure, and application teams to support enterprise project portfolio management initiatives.

Required Skills

  • 4 6 years of experience supporting Planview Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions.
  • Experience administering Planview Enterprise One, Planview Portfolios, or Planview PPM.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, Web Services, JSON, and XML.
  • Experience with integration platforms such as:
    • MuleSoft
    • Dell Boomi
    • Azure Integration Services
    • Similar middleware platforms
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience integrating Planview with:
    • Jira
    • Azure DevOps
    • ServiceNow
    • SAP
    • Client Project
  • Understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Agile, Waterfall, portfolio planning, and resource management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, release management, and production support.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Planview Platform Certification.
  • Experience with cloud-based/SaaS application administration.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or enterprise reporting tools.
  • Experience working in PMO, enterprise portfolio management, or digital transformation environments.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD concepts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4 6 years of experience administering and integrating enterprise PPM platforms.
