Lead the heartbeat of manufacturing
Picture the start of your shift: you open the plant dashboard, scan OEE and uptime against targets, and kick off a quick HSE-first safety huddle. A line ping comes in—an equipment fault. You triage, guide troubleshooting, and get production moving again. Before lunch, you review preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, check 5S conditions on the floor, and align with Production on the day’s priorities. The afternoon brings a contractor walk-through for an expansion project, a spare-parts inventory check, and a daily production meeting where you commit to corrective actions. Throughout, you’re documenting per SOPs, tracking MTTR/MTBF trends, and ensuring the facility meets Environmental and IATF 16949 standards.
