    Uptime, safety, and cost discipline—own all three. Lead the maintenance function that keeps our facilities and production assets performing at their best.

    Role highlights

    • Full-spectrum ownership of maintenance: installation, repairs, preventive programs, and continuous improvement.
    • Safety-first leadership: train teams, enforce policies, and instill safe operation of all equipment.
    • PM excellence: establish procedures, monitor compliance, and drive reliability gains.
    • Operational rigor: schedule work, validate repair estimates, and document daily activities and maintenance logs.
    • Asset care: conduct routine inspections, diagnose issues early, and restore to standard quickly.
    • Contractor management: coordinate external service providers and hold them to performance expectations.
    • Inventory control: maintain spare parts levels; place timely orders for critical components.
    • Financial stewardship: track expenses, manage the maintenance budget, and prepare annual budget requests.
    • Performance improvement: develop and execute strategies that enhance equipment effectiveness and uptime.

    Technical environment

    • PLC and servo-driven systems.
    • Electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical equipment.
    • Liquid filling and packaging lines (personal care industry experience valued).
    • Microsoft Office for planning, analysis, and reports.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
    • 5+ years’ experience as a maintenance manager in manufacturing.
    • Demonstrated success implementing maintenance best practices and standardized processes.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and multitasking.

    Leadership and core competencies

    • Team supervision, staffing, coaching, and performance management.
    • Budgeting, cost control, negotiation, and risk management.
    • Process improvement, problem solving, and analytical decision-making.
    • Detail orientation, technical acumen, and clear communication.

    Proficiencies

    • Bachelor’s Degree
