Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining a robust quality management system, implementing ISO 9001, overseeing audits, analyzing nonconforming conditions, and driving continuous improvement using tools like Lean and Six Sigma.

Qualifications required: B.S. in Engineering or related field, 3-5 years in Quality or Engineering, knowledge of ISO 9001, and experience with quality tools. Certification such as CQE or Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.
