Summary Description:
While reporting to the Senior Quality Manager – the Plant Quality Manager II is responsible for providing support to the plant and leadership of a large, complex plant in the area of maintaining and improving the quality systems as prescribed by the corporate standards to ensure adherence to quality control and assurance. Duties involved with management of food safety quality management systems includes change control, data collection schemes and analysis, test methods & equipment, standard operating instructions, audits, manuals, and other routine quality systems areas. Other duties include training plant personnel in quality processes; facilitating improvement teams; managing compliance to specifications; and member of product safety team and QM pillar. In addition, Plant Quality Manager II will serve as an additional point of contact with customers for product or service quality communications and quality investigations.
