Plant Operator
Pay Rate: $18.00-19.00/hr, paid weekly
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM-could work till 5:30PM based on business needs.

Responsibilities
- Safely perform all work and adhere to company policies and procedures related to the Health and Safety program.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow established equipment operating guidelines and recognize and address issues as they arise.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Report equipment conditions and any items requiring maintenance.
- Safely and efficiently operate forklifts.
- Manually bag materials as needed.
- Load flatbed trucks and shipping containers safely and efficiently.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and squat for extended periods of time.
- Must be comfortable working in an environment with dust and noise and around operating industrial equipment.
