We are conducting a search for an experienced Plant Manager with bakery experience and 10–12+ years of experience in the food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving plant performance, increasing production efficiency, reducing waste, and driving continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Responsibilities include overseeing daily manufacturing operations, food safety and quality, production scheduling, budgeting, capital projects, and team development. Candidates should have strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SQF, and manufacturing best practices, along with demonstrated success leading operational improvements in a high-volume food production environment.
