Plant Manager

• Experienced Plant Manager to lead the day-to-day manufacturing operations at their Tatamy, Pennsylvania facility.
• This position is responsible for overall plant performance, including production, safety, quality, delivery, materials, cost, staffing, and continuous improvement.
• The ideal candidate is a strong manufacturing leader who is comfortable working both on the production floor and at the strategic level.
• This role will lead managers and supervisors while working closely with Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, Estimating, Maintenance, Customer Service, and Human Resources to meet operational and customer goals.

• Lead all day-to-day manufacturing operations, including fabrication, assembly, wiring, CNC programming, shipping/receiving, materials, and production planning.
• Direct, develop, and support production managers and supervisors.
  Manage manpower, materials, equipment, production capacity, and workflow to meet business and customer requirements.
• Drive operational performance through KPIs including Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Cost (SQDIC), People, and Workplace Organization.
• Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, employee relations, quality, and compliance with company policies and standards.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, Maintenance, Estimating, Customer Service, and HR to support production goals and on-time delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, employee relations, and ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, plant capacity, efficiency, and cost while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Manufacturing: 10 years (Required)
Plant Manager or Equivalent: 5 years (Required)
