We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-growth company where you will play a pivotal role in driving our manufacturing success. As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the plant, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong leader who is capable of managing a diverse team, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring the highest quality of products.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
2. Develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality, and productivity.
3. Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
4. Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
5. Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
6. Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions.
7. Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.
8. Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime.
9. Commit to plant safety procedures.
10. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
11. Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer collective bargaining agreements.
12. Influence and learn from below.
13. Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Proven work experience of 10+ years as a plant manager in the manufacturing industry, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
3. Deep knowledge of production management with a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality systems.
4. Understanding of quality control, inventory management, and process improvement principles.
5. Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
6. Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
9. Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
10. Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
11. Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes.
12. Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
13. Six Sigma certification, or equivalent, is preferred.
14. Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.

16. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-pressure, and changing environment.
17. Must have a hands-on approach and be committed to the expansion and success of the business.
