Plant Manager

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**

- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Significant managerial experience within a production environment, ideally within Wire Mesh, steel, or similar industries.
- In-depth understanding of manufacturing workflows, quality control systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with production software and common office tools.
