Job Title: Plant ManagerJob Description

The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations at the Oklahoma City facility. This role involves full ownership of plant performance, including safety, quality, production efficiency, cost management, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead plant operations to achieve targets across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and 5S methodologies.
  • Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and production performance metrics.
  • Manage plant-level profit and loss (P&L) and implement cost optimization strategies.
  • Oversee capital projects and ensure return on investment (ROI) delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams on PLC-driven equipment and automation systems.
  • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Foster a high-performance, safety-first culture.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supervisors.

Essential Skills

  • Strong background in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies with measurable improvements.
  • Experience in leading plant-wide operations and performance metrics (OEE, KPIs).
  • Hands-on exposure to PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems.
  • Ability to drive safety, quality, and production improvements simultaneously.
  • Experience implementing continuous improvement frameworks (5S, Standard Work).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (Engineering preferred).
  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • 4-5+ years in plant or senior leadership role.
  • Experience in automated manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of PLC systems (troubleshooting, optimization, or oversight).
  • Experience with ISO/QMS systems and GMP (preferred).
  • Proven success in capital project execution.
  • Strong financial acumen (P&L, cost control, budgeting).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
