We are conducting a search for an experienced Plant Manager with 10+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, continuous improvement, team development, and food safety and quality systems. Responsibilities include overseeing daily plant operations, improving productivity and efficiency, monitoring key performance indicators, managing budgets and capital expenditures, and reducing waste and operating costs. Experience with manufacturing equipment, ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and production planning is preferred.
